Feb 5-7 at the Morgan County Fairgrounds, in Brush, CO. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Shearers across the country were contacted and they selected the instructors for this school – Alex Moser, Mike Hagens and Wade Kopren. The new Let’s Grow Program funded Shearing Training Trailer will be used with 5 shearing stands, Heiniger solid shafts and motors, plus cutters and combs. The chutes and runs will be set up indoors in an all-weather facility. Lunch will be provided each day for the students. Class size is limited to the first 12 shearers who register and pay the $ 300.00 instruction fee. Feedlot lambs approximately 100 lbs will be shorn all 3 days.
